Prices and discounts

For multiple bookings, the second participant from the same company receives a 10 % discount and the third and further participants from the same company receive a 20 % discount. All Prices are subject to VAT. Payment should be made on receipt of invoice.

Are you Fogra member? – Then you will receive a discount of 30 %.

Included in the price are

...at 1-day symposia the text of the talks, refreshments and cookies, the lunch and the Social Evening with shuttle service

...at one-and-a-half-day symposia on afternoon and the following morning the text of the talks, refreshments and cookies, one lunch and the Social Evening with shuttle service

...at 2-day symposia the text of the talks, refreshments and cookies, two lunches and the Social Evening with shuttle service

Social evening: Fogra invites all the participants of all symposia to a Social Evening (with shuttle service). The evening is an opportunity for the speakers, participants and Fogra staff to exchange thoughts.

Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the beginning of the symposium the fee will be refunded less an administration charge of Euro 60.–. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the beginning of the symposium a charge of 50 % of the cost of the symposium will be made and for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the symposium the full fee will be charged. A substitute may attend in place of the original attendee for no additional charge.
