Services

All the accompanying material, drinks during the intervals and a Bavarian lunch break [please notify us if you prefer a vegetarian meal] are included in the price.

Discounts

For multiple bookings, the second participant from the same company receives a 10 % discount and the third and further participants from the same company receive a 20 % discount. Payment on receipt of invoice.

Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the beginning of the seminar the fee will be refunded less an administration charge of Euro 60.–. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the beginning of the seminar a charge of 50 % of the cost of the symposium will be made and for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the seminar the full fee will be charged. A substitute may attend in place of the original attendee for no additional charge. No further claims may be made against Fogra.

Further notes

Subject to changes to the seminar contents due to current events, E&OE, subject to alteration, Fogra may cancel a course up to 10 days before its start.
