Notes about the symposium booking

Benefits

The price includes: the accompanying material, the simultaneous translation, the refreshments and snacks, the lunches and the social evening. Payment should be made upon receipt of invoice.

*Discounts

For joint bookings, a second participant from the same company is entitled to a 10 % discount and the third and further participants from the same company to a 20 % discount.

Are you Fogra member? – Then you will receive a discount of 30 %.
Experience shows that we maintain intensive and regular business contacts with our members. We acknowledge this trust and offer our members rebates in terms of volume discounts on our services and products.

Cancellation

In the event of a participant cancelling a booking up to 14 days before the start of the event, payments, less EUR 60.00 [+ VAT] for administrative costs, will be refunded. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to the beginning of the event 50 % of the payment for the event will be refunded and in the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the beginning of the event no refund will be made. Participants may send a substitute attendee at no additional cost. There shall be no further claims against Fogra.

Remark

Exhibition stands are due to the pertinent premise limited and will be treated in the order of registration. The right to make changes to the programme as specified here is reserved. Errors and omissions excepted, provisional offer.
