Prices and discounts

For multiple bookings, the second participant from the same company receives a 10 % discount and the third and further participants from the same company receive a 20 % discount. All Prices are subject to VAT. Payment should be made on receipt of invoice.

	*	Get Together and Bavarian Evening at the Fogra Institute Fogra invites all the participants of this event to a Bavarian Evening in the Fogra Institute. The evening is an opportunity for the speakers, participants and Fogra staff to exchange thoughts. In addition, as always, we will organize a get together with an event participant of your choice. Transfer Suttle bus to the Bavarian Evening at the Fogra Institute following the last talk on the first day of the symposium. Return transport to the symposium hotel every half hour. The Fogra Institute is located in the vicinity of "Leuchtenbergring" S-Bahn station, which offers a direct service to central Munich.

Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the beginning of the symposium the fee will be refunded less an administration charge of Euro 60.–. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the beginning of the symposium a charge of 50 % of the cost of the symposium will be made and for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the symposium the full fee will be charged. A substitute may attend in place of the original attendee for no additional charge.
